Bob Nowack, Chairman
Bob is the Chair and principal growth strategist for PATC. In 1989, Bob founded Conor Pacific Canada Inc. ("Conor Pacific"), a private merchant bank whose focus is the identification of and investment in growth businesses. Prior to forming Conor Pacific, Bob practiced law for 12 years in Toronto and Calgary from 1976 to 1988. His practice focused on corporate finance, restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. During that period, he acted as a Director of a number of public and private corporations. Bob has over 30 years of operating, M&A and financing experience. Conor Pacific has significant interests in four operating businesses. Bob received his BS and LLB degrees from the University of Alberta.

Jim Bond
Mr. Bond is the founder and President of Ventana Construction. Ventana Construction is a project management company with annual revenues of over $125mm. Mr. Bond has over 30 years of experience in the development and construction of industrial and commercial buildings. Mr. Bond is an investor in a wide range of companies and frequently assists in developing their growth.

Doug Trussler
Doug Trussler co-founded Bison Capital in 2001. Mr. Trussler is responsible for investments, structure, divestitures and oversight of portfolio investments. Previously he was a Principal at Windward Capital Partners, where he was responsible for originating, evaluating, structuring, monitoring and realizing various investments in middle market companies. While at Windward, Mr. Trussler was instrumental in investing more than $750 million of private equity and mezzanine capital in seven middle market platforms and more than ten add-on investments. Mr. Trussler earned a BA with honors in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.

Yee-Ping Chu
Ping Chu is a Partner of Bison Capital, having joined the firm in 2003. Prior to joining Bison Mr. Chu was a member of Lehman Brothers’ Business Services investment banking group where his responsibilities included originating, analyzing and executing a broad range of both financing and merger and acquisition transactions. Previously, Mr. Chu worked in the Los Angeles office of Credit Suisse First Boston where he executed financing and merger and acquisition transactions principally for companies headquartered in the Western U.S. His investment banking experience encompassed a wide range of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. Mr. Chu holds a BS in Economics, with concentrations in finance and accounting, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

J.D. Hole
Mr. Hole is President of Lockerbie & Hole Contracting, Canada's oldest and largest mechanical and electrical contracting firm, and is the driving force behind the company’s growth and prosperity. Mr. Hole has over 30 years of experience in the growth and development of a wide range of companies and has sat on numerous boards over the course of his distinguished career. J.D. holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Martha Watson
Martha is the Director and President of Einarson, Fowler & Watson (EFW) and has over 19 years of experience in providing environmental consulting services. After obtaining her B.S. in Biology and M.S. Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, she worked for 9 years at EMCON Associates before joining EFW in 1993 as Vice President and Principal Environmental Engineer. Ms. Watson has been President of EFW since 2000 and became a Director of PATC in 2004.

Jamie Angus
Jamie has been President of Angroup Holdings Limited since 1996. Angroup Holdings is an investment company with interests in real estate development, mortgage lending, equipment financing, and private company acquisitions. Some of Anggroup’s principal investments have included Canada’s largest tug and barge company, a West Coast manufacturer of logging equipment and a manufacturer of flow-control valves for the pipeline industry. Jamie became a Director of PATC in June, 2005

Doug Gibbs
Doug is the Principal of his own company, Gibbs Enterprise. Gibbs Enterprise is involved in commercial and retail distribution of propane and natural gas portable heating equipment, consulting and real estate. Prior to that, Doug was President and Senior Vice President of International Comfort Products. Mr. Gibbs was also employed for over 30 years as a senior executive with United Technologies. He has been a Director of PATC since June, 2005.
